• What is a Wedding Coordinator and What does she do?

    It all begins with one little question, “Will you Marry me?” and then the planning begins! Which creates a thousand new perplexing questions! When, where and how will we do it? What will you wear? Who is coming? How will we invite people? What will they eat? Where will they stay? How will we feed them? How much will this cost? Is there anyone out there who can help me?

    A coordinator helps bring clarity to the confusion and guides you to answer all of those questions and more. Even the questions you didn’t think to ask! She is your guide, and there to assist you in working out detailed plans, as well as keeping you and your wedding on track throughout your wedding day. By making experienced suggestions she will assist you in staying on budget and on time! She takes on the stressful details and makes it her mission to bring reality to your dreams!

Day Of Coordination

Pre Wedding-

  • One on One partnership with the Bride and Groom to establish a detailed timeline, room layouts, and decor plans

  • Up to 2 (1 hour) in-person meetings leading up to the wedding date, with phone and Zoom availability outside of those meeting times

  • Arranges and direct Wedding Processional, at rehursal

  • Advises on vendor selection and arrangements

Wedding Day -

  • Coordinates and assists with the set-up of the ceremony and/or reception.

  • Communicates and manages wedding day needs with Venue Staff

  • Directs and arranges wedding accessories such as guest books, flowers, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Coordinates the pinning on of Boutonnieres, and corsages

  • Keeps the Wedding Party and guests on track throughout the day

  • Point of Contact for all vendors

  • Assists wedding parties and guests as needed

  • Distributes Final Payment and gratuity on clients' behalf

  • Handles and navigates unforeseen "hiccups"

  • Organizes "Send-off" and communicates changes with vendors, DJ, and church staff as needed.

  • Arranges and Assist in Venue clean up

Pricing starts at $1200

Parties and Celebrations

Up to 5 hours with your coordinator and up to two in-person or Zoom planning meetings before the event

  • Assists in establishing event timeline

  • Decoration of Venue Space

  • Arrangement of place cards (if needed)

  • Acting as Point of Contact for all vendors

  • Assisting in the preparation of Party Favors

  • Distributing Final Payment and gratuity as needed

  • Coordinates clean up of space

  • Assists in rental pick-up and returns *conditions apply

Pricing starts at $500

Rehursal Dinner, Fiesta, Dinner, Antique Goblets, Decor

Rehearsal Dinners

Up to 5 hours day of rehearsal

  • Decoration of Rehearsal Dinner Space

  • Arrangement of place cards (if needed)

  • Acting as Point of Contact for all vendors

  • Assisting wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distributing Final Payment and gratuity as needed

  • Short Rehearsal Arrangement on or off venue Site *if coordinating wedding as well

  • Coordinates Clean up

  • Assists in rental pick-up and returns *conditions apply
